How should I care for my candle?

For best results: trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn, allow the wax to melt completely to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling, burn for 2-4 hours at a time (but no more than 4 hours), keep away from drafts and flammable materials, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Why does my candle have frosting or discoloration?

Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy wax and doesn't affect the candle's performance or scent throw. It's actually a sign that you're using a pure, natural product without chemical additives.

Can I reuse my candle container?

Absolutely! Once your candle has burned down, you can clean out the remaining wax by placing the container in the freezer for a few hours, then popping out the wax. Wash with warm soapy water and reuse the container for storage, plants, or other purposes.
